1. The service
Twinster Instant provides missed-call text-back, AI-assisted lead response, and related communication tools ("the Service") to local service businesses. When a business's caller goes unanswered, the Service sends the caller a text message, gathers their service request, and delivers the lead to the business.
2. Free trial and billing
- This is a subscription that renews automatically. Where a free trial is available, no charge is made for the first 14 days; at the end of the trial the subscription begins at $299 per month and renews every month until you cancel. Where no trial is available, billing begins at signup. The same amount is charged each month until cancelled.
- Notice before your first charge. If you are on a free trial, we email you at least three days before it ends with the date and amount of the first charge and how to cancel.
- How to cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing & cancellation link in your dashboard, or by emailing support@twinsterlabsinstant.com. Cancelling online takes effect immediately and stops all future charges — no phone call and no retention interview. You keep the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Fees already paid are not generally refunded, as the period has been served. If the Service was materially not working during a period you paid for, email us and we will refund that period. There are no setup fees and no early-termination fees.
- Plans are month-to-month. No long-term contract, no minimum term.
3. What we need from you (business clients)
- Accurate business information (services, hours, service area) so the Service represents you correctly.
- Keeping call forwarding configured so missed calls reach the Service.
- Responding to the leads the Service delivers — we capture them; winning the job is up to you.
- Using the Service lawfully, including honoring customer opt-outs.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We work hard to capture every missed call, but we do not guarantee any particular number of leads, response time, message delivery (which depends on carriers), or business results.
5. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used for spam, marketing blasts, unlawful communications, or any purpose other than responding to customers who contacted your business.
6. Data
Lead and conversation data belongs to the business client it was captured for. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. On cancellation, we will export or delete your data on request.
7. Automated (AI) assistance
Replies to your customers are generated with automated assistance. If a customer asks whether they are talking to a person, the assistant says plainly that it is automated and that someone from your team will follow up. It is instructed never to quote prices, promise arrival times, or state anything about your business beyond the details you give us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and Twinster Enterprises LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA.
