Twinster Instant provides missed-call text-back and lead-response services to local service businesses ("our business clients"). This policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, and the choices you have — whether you are a customer of one of our business clients or a visitor to this website.
Information we collect
- If you call or text one of our business clients: your phone number, the contents of your text messages, and any details you choose to share (such as your name, service address, and what you need help with).
- If you use the website contact form: your name, business name, phone number, and email address.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your call or message on behalf of the business you contacted, collect your service request, and pass it to that business so they can help you.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Twinster Instant service.
- To respond to inquiries you send us directly.
Text conversations are handled by an automated (AI) assistant, not a person, so you get a reply within seconds at any hour. It collects your service details and passes them to the business you contacted, and a real person from that business follows up. If you ask whether you are speaking to a person, the assistant will tell you plainly that it is automated. It never quotes prices or promises an arrival time.
Text messaging disclosures
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

What we share (and don't)
- Your service request and contact details are shared with the business you contacted — that's the entire purpose of the service.
- We use trusted service providers to operate the platform:
- Twilio: SMS and voice message delivery
- Anthropic (Claude AI): AI-assisted message responses and lead qualification
- Stripe: Payment processing for customer subscriptions. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
- Hetzner: Server hosting for the website and application
- IONOS: Delivery of account emails (welcome, trial and billing notices)
- Google Fonts: Web font delivery
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing follows you between sites and nothing is used to build a profile of you. The only cookie the application uses is a session cookie for the operator's own admin login. When you go through checkout you are on Stripe's site, and Stripe's own privacy policy applies there.
Data retention
Conversation records are retained for 24 months so the business you contacted can follow up on your request and keep a record of its leads, and are then deleted. Website server logs are kept for 30 days. If a business stops using Twinster Instant, its lead data is deleted within 90 days of the account closing, unless we are required to keep it longer by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact below, and we will action it within 30 days.
